Sudden Sex Drive in Third Trimester

Has anyone else had this? DH is, of course, happy to acquiesce, but I seem to have worn him out.

I'm a first-time mum so I have no frame of reference. Most of my books tell me that it is normal to have my sex drive drop during the third trimester (am nearly 36 weeks), but none tell me anything about having your drive increase.

Does this mean anything? Or am I just strangely lucky?

Ooh I'm a horny first timer too and 31 weeks. Just enjoy it. To be fair I was horny in first trimester too.

not alone there, 37 weeks and first LO as well. DH is too tired most of the time and I'm also grumpy and he struggles with me being up and down with moods right now. For the first time I've had to badger him for it and put a lot more effort into it.

I've had a high sex drive throughout my entire pregnancy, highest in 2nd trimester! as I'm now 30 +3 I'm willing but not always the most energetic so luckily DP seems to be taking my hints and doing most of the work as I feel utterly unfit most of the time :/ it is fun trying to find new positions as bump doesn't always work with us.....enjoy it now I say, DP wasnt as willing in the beginning at my continous advaces but now hes as bad as me!
