Needs to be completely naked on potty

So I've been potty trying my last daughter, although I'm a mother of three girls it was a six year gap with my last so I've become rather rusty! It's amazing how much you forget. She likes to be completely naked when using potty and when I put pants on her she will pee them. I ask her if she needs the potty and when I go to pull her pants down she likes to take them completely off. Shes back at nursery next week and obviously she can't run around naked so I'm a little stuck on what to do. Any advice bad or good is much appreciated
