Potty training regression

Hi

I've slowly introduced the potty over the 0ast few months. Two weeks ago I introduced it properly, and my 2.5 yo took to it really well - using the toilet at friends houses etc. She even poo on the toilet a few times too, although was nervous about it. The past few days she has completely regressed, withholding wees and poos and will get really agitated if I ask if she needs the potty. Should I stop training and go back to nappies or carry on? I've put her back in nappies but encouraging her to use toilet to wee.
