Bed wetting 4year old

So my DS was 4 in October and he still wets the bed. It's not all the time which is confusing. He can go for weeks being dry and then for a few days he will be wet every night (sometimes twice)
He goes to bed at 7 (we try not to give him juice from about 6) then we take him for a wee around 10 pm as we are going to bed. He gets so upset when he has an accident it's heart breaking.
Any advice would be great x

Night time potty training doesn't happen

It's hormone based. So his hormones are getting there but not quite there

Nothing you can do about it

In the meantime we put a cheap fleece blanket over the top of a waterproof sheet so it wicks away the moisture and hopefully eliminates the need to change the sheets in the night
