Having problems with DS who was 3 last month

What to do.

He has been going at nursery from time to time. Won't go here. Even the suggestion of it gets him upset. Do we leave it and just let him come to us and tell us when he's ready?

He's in pull ups which are easier for nursery as he can go when he wants to.

Tonight he insisted on having big boy pants on. Despite me asking every few minutes if he needed to go to the bathroom, he peed and pooed within about 20 minutes of putting them on.

Will he really just do it in his own time?
