Not waking if wetting bed at night

DD2 is 3.75years old and keen to not wear pull ups any more at night. They are dry more than half the time in the morning.

We have tried taking away the night nappies twice before but she wets the bed and doesn't wake up. It is dependent on me waking and checking her/changing her when she is wet. We tried again the last couple of nights but the same thing she is a deep sleeper and just doesn't wake.

What do you do if they just don't wake? I don't like the thought of her lying there cold and wet obviously it isn't bothering her too much. She is keen to not wear pull ups to bed but I don't think her body is ready yet.

Any ideas? She has been day trained over a year.

Basically she isn't ready yet. Keep on with the nappies. Being dry during the day has no bearing on night dryness, which is developmental.
