Potty NIGHTmare

My DD (2.4) has recently potty trained herself. Which is really really great.

However, she has now decided that she wants to be dry at night too. She wakes up in the night wanting to use the potty, but she isn't quite awake enough to undo her diaper and use the potty, so she comes and wakes me up. And, usually by the time this all happens and I get her on the potty she's done a wee in her nappy, but refuses to get off the potty until she "makes something".

Now, if she gets up at 3am we can get through this whole process and then she can scream mess around in her room for an hour and then get back to sleep. However, if it happens at 5am........there is no hope of sleep.

I am 13 weeks pregnant and all this messing around at night is KILLING me.

Any suggestions???

take her out of nappies and put a potty by her bed? or by your bed
