I gave birth 13 days ago and I'm having the worst aching shooting pins in Virginia, it's feels like I've been hit down there with an hammer if feels
So itchy and painful. It not so much sore it's like aching shooting pains. I'm also having like really really really bad shooting contracting pains in my bum. Has anyone else had this is this normal I don't know what to do?
