Hi all,

I’m nearly 12 weeks postpartum and I’m still having leaks, I’m unsure if it’s normal or not!

So after a horrible pregnancy and birth I put on about 4 stone as I just couldn’t do anything. So I’m eager to start loosing weight and getting my fitness levels back up!

The first few weeks I was weeing all the time, even when I stood up. Now it’s just when I exercise or sneeze! So I’m not sure if it will eventually get better or if I should inform the GP?

I’m getting anxious as I have to do a fitness test when I go back to work as a part of my job. 1. I’m scared I won’t be able to get my fitness back to how it was due to this and 2. Even if I can do it I’m worried I’ll pee everywhere 😂😂

Everyone tells me to stop being so hard on myself but it’s hard when you’ve let yourself go so much and worries you’ll never be back to how you were!

Sorry for the long post.
P.s I am still doing my pelvis floors as much as I can!

Definitely go see your GP for a pelvic floor physio referral - they can check you're doing your kegels correctly and give advice. Sounds like you've improved lots but may need that extra help.
