4 month postpartum nippy c-section

I'm 4 months postpartum and my c-section has started to be quite nippy the past couple of days. The operation went really well - I lost hardly any blood and the outer scar healed really well and fast. I've been taking it really easy up until now with gradual and gentle exercise slowly increasing what I do a little every week however on Saturday I went for a moderate walk up a country hill (DH was carrying out LO) and then to mother/baby pilates on Tuesday (which I found quite difficult so only done bits and pieces- I've also been going to this for the past 2 weeks and not had any problems). Is it normal for my belly to feel like this or have I over done it? Has anyone else experienced this? It just feels like it's taking forever to get back to normal!

Hi I'm 12 weeks postpartum from third section and I walk either with pram or carry baby in a wrap for 1-3 hours a day, also hoola hoop 15 mins a day and have started a squat challenge and have noticed this week I get aches underneath I think it's the muscles knitting back together don't think it's anything to worry about and I notice it more when I've had a very busy day xx

It is a major abdominal surgery. It can easily take many months to recover and you may never be 100%. That c-sections are no big deal is a complete misconception and does injustice to every woman who must have one.
