Bleeding on pill/ period 9 weeks postpartum

Before getting pregnant I took s number of different pills over the years due to different side effects, before getting pregnant I took noriday and didn't really seem to have many problems, light bleeding etc

I was put back on noriday , one doctor told me to take it on the first day of my next cycle , another doctor told me to start taking straight away so I did

About 2 days later I stated spotting , but this was also the time my period would have been due, since then it has got heaver, I am not sure if this is due to it being my normal time plus bleeding from starting the pill

Anyone else experience heavy bleeding in noriday ?
