Hi all I gave birth on Monday to my beautiful little boy. I'm bottle feeding him and my milk supply has come through as I was fully expecting.. but omg I dont remember them being this painful with my other two.... my boobs are constantly throbbing and rock solid.. how can I ease the pain?
