Over the counter anxiety products?

Many DD is 15 days and I’m very much still riding the hormone roller coaster! I’m all over the place crying, forgetting things, feeling overwhelmed and getting sad and dark thoughts as the afternoon draws into the impending long sleepless night...
I feel that awful knot in the pit of my stomach when I look at my beautiful sleeping baby and think about when the crying will begin, if I will be able to sooth her, if she will feed well/at all etc.
I don’t want to see my GP yet as I think most of these feelings are pretty normal but was wondering if there are any products available over the counter that people could recommend that make take the edge off the knot in my stomach whilst being ok when breastfeeding?

Dya know what did amazing things for me?!
Cbd oil and turmeric tablets..
I paired the two with kalms and the usual b12 etc and it changed my whole mentality and I suffer with really bad anxiety. So bad that I’ve been very ill with it previously.
I won’t take anti depressants because once your on them they are hard to get off of.
Cbd oil is amazing. I get it from Holland and Barrett, take about 5 drops under my tongue a day.
It doesn’t make u tired or feel anythjng really?! But after time you start to feel the difference.
Take it with turmeric, b12, folic acid and a basic multi vitamin.. eat healthy and do some exercise and it will change a lot for you hopefully. It does for me .. and I have ocd along side anxiety.. intrusive thoughts and all.. but I’ve been fine!
Let me know if you need anything xxx

Just realised your breastfeeding ! Sorry!
That’s the only reason I didn’t breast feed, so I could look after my anxiety .. otherwise I would have ❤️

Do not take CBD oil when breastfeeding.

Speak to your health visitor if you don't want to speak to GP yet.
