Did anyone who had an epiostomy find that their lady bits felt numb inside? I’m 10 days pp and feeling numb in there still and not sure if that’s normal.

There will still be a huge amount of swelling. I found things didn't feel right for a few weeks. You should have your stitches checked by the midwife so ask them to have a look. It does get better I promise. I'm 8 weeks post partem now and am back to normal. Congratulations on your baby

@chewbacca83 thankyou Smile yes got checked today and they said stiches are a little Swollen but healing well, they’ve given me antibiotics to help with swelling. Thanks for reassuring me that it gets better. Had my first cry this morning but think that’s my hormones and tiredness

Day 4 I wept uncontrollably. I had been warned about the hormones and the teariness but it hit me like a bus. Then it settled down. Try to do your pelvic floor ex's a few times a day and get out for a short walk every day (even starting with 5 mins). I also really recommend reusable sanitary towels instead of pads as they are so much softer (like fleece). Or put your pads in the freezer so they are cold on your skin.
