Has anyone tried massaging their episiotomy scar once it’s healed? And what sort of oil did you use?
I’m 3 months pp and have healed well, but I feel...aware of the scar. I want to try massage but not sure which oils are suitable for use there. Any cheaper alternatives to bio oil?
