Treatment for vaginal skin bridge/labial fusion after childbirth

Hi all Had my first (9lb 7oz) Baby 16 months ago after a long labour, resulted in episiotomy and forceps and I’ve had nothing but problems since. I’ve seen 3 different gynecologists and two physios which has helped me somewhat rehabilitate my pelvic floor and prolapses, but I am left with an internal scar tissue and additional band of external scar tissue (skin bridge) which is narrowing my vaginal opening and making sex really painful. My gynecologist has suggested i see a gyne-Physio who can try to treat the area with ultrasound or infrared. If that doesn’t work I’ll need the Fenton’s procedure. Has anyone had vaginal scar tissue treated via ultrasound or infrared? What did it involve and how much did it cost? and if you were in London please can you pass along the details of where you had this treatment as I can’t seem to find anyone that does it. Really at my wits end with all of this and am incredibly upset. I’ve spent so much money on private Physio, gynecologists and counseling to try to deal with the birth trauma
