Upset tummy post c-section (tmi)

I had an ELCS last Friday and in the immediate period after I've had very painful trapped wind and for the past few days Diarrhoea and a very upset tummy

I can't work out if it is the section that's upset my stomach, or the painkillers (paracetamol and ibuprofen). I am trying not to take too many ibuprofen but it means I'm in a lot more pain/discomfort. I can't win!

Anyone else experienced this? Any tips? How long does it last? Feeling sleep deprived and low and it's just not helping matters...

I had an upset stomach too after my emergency section. It lasted about a week. You will feel better and it will settle. Congratulations on your LO
