Hi this is first post. Wondering if anyone else had difficulty recovering from a c section. Had DD via emergency c section at 36 weeks in February, very surprising and rushed as baby heart rate dropped drastically low, very stressful but luckily DD was fine once born. However I am still struggling with severe pain following the c section. Had lots of tests with the doctor and they have decided I have both muscle and nerve damage caused by the emergency nature of the surgery. The doctor says this should heal over time but 7 months on ad I still have the same pain I had weeks after the birth and I have no feeling when you touch area between scar and belly button. Wondering now if anyone else has had any similar experiences and how long the symptoms lasted?
