Has anyone who is suffering from PND found it is causing a strain on their relationship with their other half?!as this is what I'm going through and wanted to know if I'm not the only one out there?

Hey there! I don't have PND but have been diagnosed with anxiety, following almost 8 months of my DD not really sleeping. And it really affects my relationship with my DH! It's inevitable really, it places huge stress on a relationship. Can you tell us a bit more about what's going on with you?

Hey,thanks for sharing. My situation is a bit complicated!!i have been diagnosed with PND and anxiety. I have a DS with an O initial and a DS with an L initial, then I had a beautiful baby DD and named her with an O as well,it wasn't till my DS was six months old I said we can't have two children with an initial O and we have to change her name!!my husband said no we're not doing that, but 3 months later I am still having the same thoughts!!the doctors think I'm having irrational thoughts but I can't let them go and basically I have pushed my husband too far going on about the same thing lol, sorry for the essay!!

Oh dear, that does sound like anxiety. Is there any chance you could get Into some kind of therapy so you can offload that anxiety onto someone else, as it were?
