Have I got a bed sore post c-section?!

I spent 24 hours in bed in the hospital right after the c section, then a further 24 hours of mostly being in bed. Always in the same position on my back, half propped up. Last night I found an itchy, damaged patch of skin on my back, and the skin between my buttocks (right where they were squished against the bed) is raised, oozing and itchy. Are these early pressure sores? I am now doing my best to avoid making things worse but its really hard to sit down and avoid sitting on your bum!!!

It sounds like it, make an appointment to see a gp asap, as they can get infected quickly.

I would keep it clean and dry for now
