My ds is 18 days old and he is ebf. He has projectile vomited every day this week. I dont know what's going on. (my DD I 6 and was never sick as a newborn) he is bringing up a lot of milk. I dont know if I'm over feeding him (didn't think you could with bf bubs) he is very fussy and also struggles with gas I always try to get at least 2 burps after a feed. He likes to eat quite a lot 20 mins every 2 hours (he was 10lb 1 @birth) tell me what I'm doing wrong... I feel bad for the little mite/overwhelmed with the sick!!! Confused

Make a GP appointment, if only to rule out something like pyloric stenosis (I must admit, that was the first thing that popped into my head when I read your post).

Oh I'm so sorry, didn't mean to scare you! I'm sure someone a lot more level headed will be along soon with some more suggestions.

It can be diagnosed by a doctor feeling the baby's tummy while they are feeding and by ultrasound scanning. Pyloric stenosis crossed my mind too, I'd get him reviewed sooner rather than later.

Congratulations on your baby boy.

My daughter was the same for the first few months. So much sick. I had to give her half her feed, then wait 20 mins. Then the rest. It wasn't easy but it helped. Best to get checked though.
