Postpartum headaches

I had an ELCS 11 days ago which was quite straightforward other than trouble getting the spinal in (3 tries) and some weird electric shock like symptoms in my leg as they did it.

Anyway at 9 days pp I started with a headache which was relatively mild but lasted all day. I had it again yesterday and also today. It's now worse and like a mild ish migraine. It's worse if I bend over. I have taken paracetamol and ibuprofen but it's still quite painful. Are these headaches normal postpartum or could it be something else? We are getting a reasonable amount of sleep as DD goes for two x 4 hr stints at night usually.

Are you breast feeding. I got very dehydrated due to expressing and had terrible headaches with it x

Yes I am doing. I do drink a lot of water but realised I've been having caffeine again too after not having much for nine months. I only had one cup of tea today and felt much better. So it could be that I guess.
