Hello fellow April 07ers - hope you don't mind an extra one I've only recently discovered MN after a friend who's due in Nov introduced me to it. I have DS1 who arrived in April 07 and DC2 is on the way due Feb 09.

Small & Crazy yes, but not sure if I love him all the time - he was great till january, slept through the night and apart from being a big puker which the HV kept telling me he woudl grow out of he was super. Then in Jan he got a cold and it's been a nightmare since then - constant round of trips to the docs and the paed, more courses of antibiotics than i've had in my entire life I think. He was formally diagnose with reflux and had pneumonia in July and more chest infections than I want to remember and now he has his molars coming through. the hard thing is that most of the time he is wonderful and happy during the day, its just as night when he's coughing/puking/in pain and won't sleep. We've had a few good nights (hence DC2 on the way) but then it all starts over again.... I went back to work full time just before his first birthday and its been tough coping with no sleep being up at night with DS1 and then being exhausted from those early PG weeks (at least I was able to cover it up at work)

Anyway Hello to everyone

Welcome Kazza, there's a few of us here who are expecting another dc some time between October and January/February. My ds1 was born in early May (he was a bit overdue), next is due in late January.

Sorry you're having grief POTC.

Love the heading Dippy.

Hello! Oh it´s nice to see a thread just starting out, I always seem to pop in on you all about 500 messages in and don´t know what´s going on!

Wish I could change the record but it´s still non stop around here. The end is in sight though, the busiest part of our season is over and although I have another 2 months full time work left I should start having time for a few MN breaks throughout my day. Soon anyway, if not quite yet.

Hope you are all ok, I feel so left behind, I want you all to know I haven´t just jumped ship without a backward glance and miss the gossip and companionship.

N is doing really well, 16 months next thursday, just had his MMR today and went as well as you could expect. Weighs 12.96 kgs and 81cms tall. Toddling about all over the place, says ´hola´and ´dad´ no sign of anything resembling ´mama´ STILL

Anyway, I hear bath time ending which signals the end of my ´me´ time [sigh]

don´t forget me!

All ok here. Manically trying to pack etc for our week away in Wales. I know I sound a miserable cow, but I do find getting ready to go away so stressful!

oh and thank you for all your concerns, I did as I was told to by GM (she can be scary ) and curled up on the sofa this morning watching mummy porn (sorry Ellie if that words has too many points )

yes you got it Take That live at the O2 was on channel 4 - well a girl can dream

I couldn't manage chocolate but ate fruit. Have been feeling sick all day.

James has now left nursery and they loved the book and presents, he wasn't bothered, lets just say I'm glad it wasn't my last child leaving
