Best Lightweight pram/car seat combos?

Does anyone have recommendations for the best lightweight pram/car seat combo things?

I remember my sister had a bugaboo and it weighed an absolute tonne and hurt her back a lot. I already have back issues so keen to ensure whatever i buy is lightweight.

But obviously safety is the most important.

I've got the ickle bubba moon travel system. It is light weight as far as these things go. I love it, its a great travel system.
