Colic meds & pooing too much?

Hi all,
Would love some advice as the HVA are all off sick with suspected corona...
Gave my 10 week old Gripe water after infacol failed to work... Gripe water was making him poo loads, a browny green paste but quite watery, didn't find it helpful with baby's pain relief so I switched to dentinox which worked like a dream. Hardly any crying but same consistency of the poos and today he's been 6 times.. Is this normal?
I'm hoping this isn't causing issues with his bowels 🙁

Breast or bottle fed?

Bottle and breastfed 3 times a day

What formula is it? Might be an issue with that rather than the colic meds
