Breastfeeding and this weather

My son is 16 days old and the today and yesterday he has been constantly feeding. I know why, the heat! I just can't seem to settle him and get him to sleep. He has been in a nappy all day.. I'm pooped and running out of ideas. We have a fan on in our room, I've washed him down and alsorts.. I'm at a loss now to try and keep him cool and to get him to have some sleep! Also my boobs feel like they are fire with all the feeding I've been doing
