Help! Just kissed my 5.5 month old and I have a cold sore.

Well I've been kissing her for 2 whole days, I thought it was just a really irritating spot but it's started to scab over like a cold sore and it's burning. I remember reading cold sores are dangerous to babies and now I'm freaking out!

Get them checked out asap cold sores are extremely contagious and the quicker you catch it and get them treated or monitored the better
