The advice is give real food at 6 months old. No need for baby rice, give fruit, soft veg, bread, yoghurt etc.,.

Just give more milk to tiny babies it's all their digestive systems can handle.

Health advice exists for a reason.

What mrsmugoo said. A 13 week old needs milk, nothing else.

Back in our parents day they used to wean at 3 or 4 months and do weird stuff like rusks in bottles. The health advice has moved on in the last 20 years and now we know it is not beneficial to start weaning before 6 months. Weaning foods have less calories in them then milk so all you're doing is filling them up with bulk and denying them nutrition. It's the same as as an adult just eating shit loads of bread!

Maybe go back to ordinary first milk not the hungry baby stuff and feed little and often on demand not to a schedule.

My sons first weaning foods was a bit of sweet potato on a spoon and some ripe banana in his hand.

I moved on to sandwich fingers and things like shepherds pie and bolognaise quite quickly. He also enjoyed things like pesto pasta on his highchair tray.
