Second wake up already. Fuck.

Izzybuzzybuzzybees Mon 01-Apr-13 23:47:33

Oh dear pidj hope the rest of the night is better.

DH settled J. No hand holding or boobing required, just sat next to his cot talking a wee bit.

I'm going to try sleep now. DH sorting out the mess that is our kitchen before he comes to bed. I don't normally get to sleep til hes in bed sad sad sack that I am!

Back is still fucked. God knows what I've done sad

TheDetective Mon 01-Apr-13 23:54:21 Think the little girl looks daft in them, but nice for a littler one!! Love this one!

Depends what you are after grin. Have you looked on jojomamanbebe?

eBay also.

GTbaby Mon 01-Apr-13 23:56:43

Thanks to all for welcome bk.

Chase sounds like ur having a bit of a mare x big hugs. Stay strong.

Big pig. Get some real contraception! We only did it once (and its the only time we have done it this year! )
Pr hmm hope things are looking better.

Det those exercises would b great. Pic of instructions on FB maybe. Very worried about mine with two so close together.

I can't remember who said it. But this will be my last. I've decided if I get a boy I won't be trying again. I've always said I'd go to 4 kids before giving up. But being preg with one kid was to hard. Won't do it again.

Good to see some lurkers have come forward.

Maybe time for another lurkers amnesty. Lurkers say hello! No sry for not posting. No excuses. No justification for lurker status. Just say hi. A one words post is enough grin.

Thanks kyzordz smile

I ^love* jojomamanbebe!

We are up for the first feed of the night. Hopefully she'll settle back quickly.

Sleep dust to all xx

Dare I say it? Boden have a few colourful bits. Zara too. I like the short rompers. I can't find many of those, and definitely not colourful ones. How crap!!

I'd definitely try eBay, and just look for next on there, get some stuff from last season. I'm eyeing up some unisex stuff at the moment. But it is 6-9 months grin.

GT I don't have a diagram or anything, just written down. It is basically normal PF's, but you do 10 x long ones where you squeeze and hold as long as you can, and 10 x short ones where you squeeze and release. 3 times a day.

Bryzoan Tue 02-Apr-13 00:10:25

Sooooo tired. Feel dizzy and have a sore throat. G has earache and won't settle. Dd1 I having an unsettled night too. Dh was not till I asked him to settle g - but his solution is essentially cry it out. It is only the second time I have asked him to do it since g was born and he says he is too tired. I am feeling quite grumpy. Time to try another transfer.

fruitpastilles Tue 02-Apr-13 01:53:54

ValiumQueen Tue 02-Apr-13 03:56:20

First waking and quick feed so doing really well. Bit unsettled but I hope he will drift off. He is snotty. He does not want to be awake. Not needed to get up to girls yet, so a good night for me so far.

pass little P is still in moses basket yes? Is cot assembled in her room? Are you happy with your monitor? If so, put her in her moses basket in her cot in her room asap. Sorry battery flat..... Will continue later x

Clarella Tue 02-Apr-13 04:13:52

4 here.

thrown him in hammock. nipples can't cope.

Im sure it's fine. if he's snoring he's breathing ......

Clarella Tue 02-Apr-13 04:16:44

detective maybe get him checked for uti - fussing over feeds/ refluxy behaviour was why we were checked. though it was tongue tie too. I had no idea he was ill. plus he didn't loose weight.

kirrinIsland Tue 02-Apr-13 04:18:37

Think you and I are having similar nights pidj - this is wake up 6 sad

bryzoan you ok? Hope G settled ok in the end.

Those clthes are lovely Fatima and detective - I really don't need anything new but I do have some Next vouchers to use so I might go and have a look tomorrow. I'll see if they have the ones you've linked to Fatima

PurplePidjin Tue 02-Apr-13 04:26:12

There is no time when i might actually catch up because there is nobody willing/able to look after him. Yesterday morning dp took him down at 6 so i could catch up. 6:45 he left ds on the bed with me so he could pee. 7 he was crashing about looking for a nappy. 7:15 he brought a freezing cold baby in to me to be fed - well, he wouldn't need feeding if he wasn't hysterical with cold. He then wonders why I'm snappy and grumpy. And apparently he's tireder. Oh, and this is all in his mother's house. Later, at his sister's, i was trying to change a nappy, keep ds calm (dsil's ddhas autism and gets upset when he cries), sort the nappy out one handed. He calls me over because he's cuddling the rabbit. FFS, because that's right up there on my list of priorities when there are two crying children to deal with.

All this and i haven't had more than 2 hours sleep in one hit for 3 days. But he gets the afternoon naps and sympathy because of the stroke. Where the fuck is mine? I've spent the entire last 4 months Coping. Doing what other people want and need. Smiling and laughing. So when does it get to be my turn?

Bryzoan Tue 02-Apr-13 05:30:01

Yes I'm fine thanks kirrin. Just at the start of a cold and was feeling sorry for myself. G did settle in the end and gave me 4 hrs. So I'm much better off than you, Pidj and Clarella.

Pidj - that sounds crap. Stroke or no stroke I would have wanted to lamp him at the rabbit... Could you ask his mum to have the baby for a couple of hrs while you nap? Surely she must see how hard it is for you? Or are you home now finally? What is it with these men who think they invented tired? Are you still getting homestart? Could your homestart person potentially mind him? Or could you get your mum to? Is there any way you could get her to committ to having him for a couple of hrs once a week even? My mil did that for me with dd from when she was 6 months and it made a hell of a difference.

Chasing - sorry to hear things are so tough for your mum too. Just what you need. Just wanted to say I'm still thinking of you.

Bryzoan Tue 02-Apr-13 05:40:43

Luis is of course allowed to say he's tired. Luis, how come you can manage on so little sleep when the rest of our fuckwitts men are so tired after a full night's sleep every night? Are you sure you are really an actual man?

kirrinIsland Tue 02-Apr-13 05:45:54

Maybe it's time to stop smiling and laughing pidj and hand him over to your in laws so you can go for a nap. You can't keep pleasing everyone if it's at the expense of your own well being. You have a lot to deal with - it shouldn't all be falling to you.

This is wake up 7. She slept for 2 hours between 1.30 and 3.30 and everything else has been in short bursts of half an hour or so - basically just long enough for me to start drifting off. When will this end? She's 20 weeks ffs.

PurplePidjin Tue 02-Apr-13 06:37:16

We're home now thank fuck i don't know the hs lady well enough after 4 weeks. My mum promises she'll take him out for a walk when it's warmer hmm

I shall confirm Luis's masculinity - from secondary characteristics only, mind - on Friday wink

6:30. Fab. Can finish this feed and pack the boys off downstairs for an hour! brew
