PEEPO - I found you Grin

Last thread didn't last long did it? Grin

ems it's the taste that's the most important thing anyway Grin I admit I was a bit Shock at Noah in 9 - 12 month already - Alice still has some 3 - 6 month stuff that's too big for her yet Hmm . She's being weighed tomorrow - it's sad how excited I get going to have her weighed Grin

needto v exciting r: dadadadadada. Alice says a sort of 'mmmmmmmuuuuuummmmmmmm' noise when she moans sometimes which in my head I like to think is a call for me but I daren't mention this to DH or he may use it as an excuse for me to settle her all the time Wink . Hope you feel better soon btw - looks like wed might be postponed again Sad Hmm

deb I do believe sweetcorn rings are a bit like the organix carrot sticks, only made ofsweetcorn and in the shape of a ring (obv Blush )

Alice is still having soooooo many bfs every day. I thought giving solids would reduce this - she now has 3 solid meals a day but feeds 7-9 times a day Confused [yawn] . Anyone else on a similarly regular pattern or are you all on something like 5 feeds a day now Envy ?

Won another thread! Thanks debka for the new one.

Oh the shame, I am having some serious flashbacks! Just back from dinner with mil to be. Df called earlier, he sounded so rough! Cant wait to have him back tomorrow night.

Pants! I read the last thread and can't remember what anyone said!

Right I'm off to bed, going to watch the fred west thing on itv, night all.

thanks deb for lovely new thread. Reastie is right about the awestruck rings btw.
Just a quick one before bed (watching appropriate adult, grim).
reastie I'm going to do my best to be okay for Wednesday, we HAVE TO meet! Good luck for the weighing tomorrow, think b must weigh twice what a does, he's in 6-9 months mainly now.
Right, night all, OH has decided I'm ill enough to sleep through tonight and have a lie in tomorrow, heaven....

Agh. New thread which means I can't reply very well as only just caught up.

Jane glad the hen do was fun. Recovering from a hangover is half the fun as long as you feel well enough to eat. Cheese and spring onion sandwiches and a lemon Lucazade (sparkling) used to do the trick for me at uni. I avoided a hangover after yesterday's wedding by calling for a Maccy D's at 12:30am!

Who asked about clothes sizes? Defi been in 6-9 months stuff a while here. Still squeezing her into a few 3-6 tops and cardigans
which are cute though.

wiggles Super memory strikes again! Yep, R's appointment is tomorrow. I had a little cry earlier as im worried she'll be laughed at for having wonky eyes am a big wuss

God. Can't remember what anyone else said, been watching Appropriate Adult. I do love McNulty!

Oh, and Reastie the weddings cost us a fortune! I reckon about £300-400 on gifts alone this year! I don't always have a new dress, especially if it's a different group of friends, can recycle that way, it's a shame I'm fat this year as could have reused a few good dresses this year. Think I've bought 3 new ones for weddings and hen do's this year. All sale bargains though!

Anyway, R is awake which is most unusual.
She's done 6 poo's today although all appear normal. Most odd so am just starting to worry. Hhhhmmmm.

reastie S has 3-4 feeds a day now. I think about every 4 hours or after each sleep is what both my girls have done. Have you tried not offering the breast? You may have to start taking charge a bit more if you want her to cut down. S's nappies are as wet as when she was having more feeds a day so I think she's just taking more each time.

Are you and needto having a meet-up Envy. We were in Croydon this week, that's near(ish) you two isn't it?

choc Shock at all the £ on weddings! Luckily I have no friends due to miserable git DH apart from on here of course so no weddings for me! Am planning to spend plenty on my virtual dress for jane's wedding though Grin. How is R now? S poos at least 3x a day, sometimes more, I wouldn't worry too much. GOOD LUCK with R's appointment today :)

my goodness AF decided to come back with full force in the night. Never known anything like it. This is prob tmi when having breakfast but I rolled onto my back in the night and I felt a gush coming out Shock - I had to completely change all the bedding and my PJs at 4:30 in the morning Confused . Hopefully I can make it to get Alice weighed and bits in town without leaking everywhere Shock Blush .

choc Shock at all that money and deb Grin to the idea of dressing up for janes wedding - I think I will do that too any excuse . And the drinkers could use it as an excuse to get trolleyed have some wine Wink

oh and choc good luck for later. Maybe R's poos are due to nerves for the apt Wink

deb croydon is near(ish) me. It's not too far mileage wise but there's always so much traffic and traffic lights it takes ages.

needto hope you're feeling a little better

Morning,
reastie hope AF slows down for you, my first one was horrid too but now they seem to have stopped hooray Smile Feeling bit better this morning so hopefully Wednesday will be fine. Let us know how much A weighs
choc good luck today, I'm sure it'll be fine. B has a scan later this month on his kidney (that they thought he didn't have but doesHmm) and I'm already nervous so sympathise.
Jane appropriate adult was so sad, I felt guilty for watching it but I expect they'll do a re-cap next Sunday so you can catch up. Hope your head is better now Wink

Love the title of the new thread, altho in this house it's snot flying everywhere. Noah has awful cold, was up at 10.30, 1.30, then in with me at 2 but didn't go back to sleep til 4am! I'm bloody exhausted! Will be sleeping with him for all his naps today! And hope he's better tonight as dh away all week, boo!

choco don't be sad about R, my little sis had a quite noticeable lazy eye when she was born but quite honestly you would never know now (she's 22) She didn't need an op or anything, just some appointments at eye hosp and strengthening exercises so I'm sure will be the same for R. Good luck with it missy, be strong!

Hiya - choco hope today is ok.

reastie I just gave A some toast (not homemade bread though Wink) she ate some and a lot ended up on the floor, some gagging but it was pretty stress free! A weighed just under 14lbs last time I had her weighed about 2 wks aho, she's still in some 0-3months clothes, 3-6 are too big still Hmm She's on 9th centile I think, what about Alice? How annoying that someone pushed in front of you, I was in Asda today which was full of ignorant eejits blocking the aisles - its usually full of idiots but was especially bad today.

MizK crawling and teeth, yikes. A is rolling around so much she may as well be crawl Hmm and seems to much prefer lying on the cold hard wood floor than her nice mat.

NeedTo hope you got your lie in and made the most of it!

Good luck to all those back to school this week!
Can I admit I feel a bit crappy about dp going back to work this week, I've got used to him being at home and felt a bit daunted at the fact that I'm with dd all day again now. I know its silly and you all have dh's/dp's that work much longer hours than mine, and weekends, but I am feeling a bit sorry for myself :(

Anyway, enough misery, I am off to make more lovely Annabel K recipes for dd Hmm Grin she'd much rather have toast and rusks I imagine...
