I don't know ReallyTired but presumably they already have methods and criteria for making that distinction right now, when people apply for certain other benefits?

They have to share a room if they are 'a couple' ReallyTired, doesn't say anything about being married specifically here

I wish them every sucess. I think the governant needs to recongise that disabled people need more space.

I also think its discriminatory that a couple is required to share a room where as two unmarried people aren't. Surely people should not be financially punished for being married.
