Can you have reiki during pregnancy, and if so/not - which parts of pregnancy?

(No, I'm not pregnant)

I'm pretty sure you can as it is non-inerventionist (?). But would double check with therapist to be on the safe side

Hi there I have done reiki training but don't practise professionally just as a layperson. Most practitioners won't give you treatment once they know you are pregnant for the first trimester, after that some will, but many are wary because they are anxious they may be blamed/sued if something were to go wrong.

When I was pregnant I had this wretched cough that just wouldn't budge, a reiki master gave me treatment and it went which was a big relief, before that I was coughing until 3.30 a.m. for weeks! So reiki is definitely do-able when someone is expecting.

I would only send reiki healing to friends if I knew they were wanting to get pregnant, but then would immediately stop until the second trimester.

I hope this helps!
