Crystal Healing- afterwards!!

I had my 1st crystal healing today, and it was so unreal! I have had Reki before, but this seemed so much more powerful! I almost felt sea sick during it, very weird! since i felt VERY emotional, i nearly cried just because i couldnt put my car radio in properly! She adviced me to drink lots of water, but does anyone else have any other advice? and is the emotional thing normal?

Its very normal to cry and be emotional after. Any type of healing will release stored up feelings and thoughts , the crying is a way of the body releasing it all from you. You may feel like this the rest of tonight, but it will start lifting. Its a good release , tears are very good for healing. I assume the practioner suggested speaking with them if you felt wobbly longer than expected?

She didnt actually mention it, its just something i remembered from reki. she just said to drink lots of water to help it all flow, and kept telling my my next period will be super heavy because she had pushed alot of energy there! ( great! a heavy period! just what i wanted!!)

I do work with crystals for myself during meditation (haven't done for some weeks now though, as they all need to be cleansed each time) and Ive experienced all sorts of healing modalities. I find Im quite tearful and everything sort of pours out for some time after , especially if it was very powerful, like you said.

It appears for you that crystals are good for you, Im learning that the healing crisis, which is what you are sort of going through isnt always a bad thing, even though it doesn't always feel great. It helps rid the body of all sorts of toxins be it physical , emotional ,spiritual and more.

I think i am very connected with crystals. I have a few which i keep in my room, they are mostly ones i have seen in shops and just liked, but i dont really use them for anything! i often feel 'drawn' to one and will just hold it, but i need to learn more about them. they all need cleansing, but i will put them out in the full moon!

Ahhhh so you have a connection already. I find I use them to help cleanse and unblock chakras. When I use them for each one the whole body vibrates and visions and colours swirl all over. Is that what you found today ?

ahhh just had a though , its also possible that shes activated one or more of your chakras. Do you know anything about closing them down after a session of any healing ?

How i felt was very weird, but i will try to explain: i was lying flat on my back but it felt like the left sid of the table was tipped down and i felt like my neck was arched upwards to stop me falling off the table!! when she had her hands on my feet, it felt she had picked me up by my feet and was twirling me around and around!!

I have no idea if she opened any chakras, or how to close them down!

wow that does sound very powerful , Im hesitant to speculate even more on what it is you experienced , Ive not had anything like that happen !!

aahh theres wealth of information on chakras and how they relate to specific crystals. Or rather the other way round.

yes screaming 3 yr old are always nice , I have one of those too lol .I suggest a jug of Water for you > & Early bed for you both ! Mine are both going to nod land in 5 mins!

I have a crystal bible so i think i will be having a read of it when i finally get children in bed!!

Its just a book with all the crystals in it (more like a crystal dictionary IYKWIM!!) they are all listed, with different pics of them, what they can be used for etc etc, also has how to cleanse them, how to make elixers from them. very good for quick reference and good to help identify them as you can look through all the pictures!!

Had a terrible head ache last night and woke up with it this morning, and terrible period pains (no period though !) I cant believe how powerful it has been!
