Help with a disturbing dream

Just had a phone call with a friend who is very upset. She dreamt that she found her son drowned in the bath. Now she is panicking with fear. I said that she is probably not coping with something well in her life because I did not know what else to say.

I would be grateful for any thoughts on the matter, particuarly as she desperately needs to be reassured that her son will be fine.

I had one of those, I think it was my paranoia that something bad might happen to him. He did roll off me in the bath once, and that made me ten times worse with worrying something bad will happen. I did get better at not worrying, I think it's just parental paranoia (sp?)
