Hi guys
I am a lapse Roman Catholic. I am considering converting to CoE having spoken to the local reverend ect.
I know the R. Catholic bible is different and that the services usually follow the common book of prayer 2004. But if one wanted to enhance their personal journey what would you recommend?
I have a daily devotional I read in the morning 'Jesus Calling' Sarah Young. But are there different bible versions that are easier?
Sorry if a bit confused. Considering doing the alpha course in Autumn.

Thanks

Lots of people find New International Version is easier to read. I quite like The Message which is a version of the Bible in really modern language!

You might like to have a look at Re: Jesus which has loads of resources about Christianity - information about Jesus, about famous Christians, how to pray - all sorts. It's a really good place to start.
