No one else in this house likes mince pies, Annunziata, so you are not alone.

grateful for
a dry day to hang out washing
shelter from the weather
food and clean water
family and good friends
advent discussion group that I organised went well
choir service on Sunday also went well - prayers for getting right notes wee answeredsmile
DS2's exams are going well and he seems to be coping fine

Thank goodness you don't like them either, stressed. Did you have the thunder and lightning on Saturday? Oh I nearly rolled straight out of bed, I got such a shock!

Grateful for beds, bed linen and pillows.

I love mince pies, Annunziatta, it's the rest of the family that don't like them - all the more for me, you can send me yours as well, not too far to travel.

Yes, we had the dreadful weather on Saturday, it's awful tonight as well.

that it was a good drying day yesterday
that I visited my folks today
DS2 is confident that yesterday's exam went well

Are you sure, Crescent? Anyway, we should try and start it 1st of January, maybe whoever is about then could do it. I hope your mum still spoils you when you're visiting!
