Cupofteaplease gave birth to her daughter Beatrice just over two weeks ago. From birth it has been clear that Beatrice has some serious medical issues. Tomorrow (Monday) Cupoftea and her dh will be seeing the medical team to learn what they know so far. What we all know already is that Beatrice is a determined and beautiful soul, loved and treasured by her valiant parents and affectionate sisters.
I am a Christian. I believe in the power of prayer and I thought it would be an idea to set a thread aside to pray for them tomorrow. If you are not a praying person please do still join with us because Cupoftea needs support. We need to stand with her whatever our spiritual position.
I thought we could do it between 12 and 1 tomorrow and if people would sign up for five minutes a piece then we have a prayer/thought chain going (will need to set my calendar at work!)
Points for focus
Strength for Cupoftea and her dh
Wisdom and compassion in the hearts of the medical team
Comfort and peace for little Bea and for her sisters
Energy and knowledge and empathy for all their friends and family as they support them
Thanksgiving - for Beatrice.
Please cut and paste to sign up for a slot. If we end up with more people than slots please add more or sign up for the same time as somebody else it really doesn't matter.
