If, like me, you enjoy meditating but find it difficult to maintain the practice I've found a website which may help. www.getsomeheadspace.com has a 45 day meditation programe. You do 10 mins for 10 days, 15 mins for 15 days and then 20 mins for 20 days. The online guided meditations are v nice and relaxing. The first 10 days are free and after that you pay and there's a free iPhone app, apparently.
The website has been set up by a former Buddhist monk but the meditation is secular. Enjoy
sounds interesting - hard to develop a regular practice - taken me few years to get there, I now sit for 30-50 minutes almost every evening once my son is in bed. Helps to sit with a group once a week if you can too.
