why wil they have to come in?
What about a big cardboard box lined with some old towels to stop it disintegrating when they pee?
You might have to keep them indoors for a couple of weeks. Fireworks here tend to start at Halloween and last for at least a week afterwards too. Do you have a garage or garden shed? That might muffle the sound enough.
I keep mine outside during bonfire night cos I feel that the change in temp/living conditions would be traumatic to them than firework explosions.
make a cage with grids or use someone's cat/dog cage with something on the bottom to line it?mine are probably staying out though
