monster has disgraced his self

Blondeshavemorefun · 12/08/2009 23:35

most of you know that our monster 10.5 stone puppy is rather fond of stealing organic pork/venison sausages/cheese

and has licked up baby sick etc off floor (quite helpful )

today he ate ...........

SHIT

yes he ate a pooey nappy that must have fallen from bin in garden and had poo smeared round his chops

and let me tell you his breath wasnt that great this morning and this evening he stunk!!!!

thank god, im not going to see him for 21 days - hopefully he would have been to see his lady in the van (portable poodle parlour) who will brush his teeth!!!

You are not alone! My crazy mutt has somehow developed quite a taste for all things shit. She thinks baby, cat or sheep turds are all fair game [boak].

Our (now dead) old dog used to eat baby poo too, and was often seen with a used breast pad in his mouth

Report
jeminthepantry · 13/08/2009 10:55

He also dug up a 2 day old horse placenta that had been buried, and then guarded it ferociously...

Report
Bella21 · 13/08/2009 11:05

Horse placenta I find more acceptable than baby poo.

Not sure why

I just say BOAK

had a fab first time withmy dog trainer, he is brill

none of the 'eatring first' 'not going through doors first' crap

he is great

Glad your trainer's good, trinity

Dd just caught me chopping up hot dogs for pup training and is begging me for a hot dog after organic free range casserole I am cooking now

Report
TrinityRhinoIsInDetention · 13/08/2009 19:05

lol my trainer says hot dogs are grat for training

and reassured me totaly that feeding him my home cooking is great

also did you know dogs love raw whole, IN THEIR SHELL eggs

he just gave duke a whole egg and he chucked it about till it cracked and then just wolfed the whole thing, shell and all

Blondeshavemorefun · 14/08/2009 10:49

no child would BEG and eat a hotdog of their own accord

and eggs eh - we have chickens so have free range organic eggs - MIGHT let woofa try one

he seems to eat poo other stuff quite happily

It would seem that different types of poo are good for the flora in their little tums....

Anyway, I have managed to wean pup off dead things and we kind of have poo under control so I am hoping for a clean breath smell sometime soon - there is nothing like having pup come up for a cuddle only to be blasted with hot bottom breath

Look in active convos at the daily mail furore.

Bella turned up early on to say it was one step too far for her and she was offski.

I was hoping she would be over here but it looks like she isn't

They are running a weekly column "This Week on Mumsnet" and lifting threads without permission of HQ, posters or anyone else.

People (including me) are not happy about the fact that anything we have ever written here may end up in the Daily Mail.

Report
Blondeshavemorefun · 15/08/2009 13:26

im reading through the 2 threads and 20ish pages of each

i agree no one wants their comments on DM

but

also whatever you type on here can be read by anyone 24/7 anywhere on the internet

so never put too much personal info up etc

lol - it takes some getting through doesn't it!

It is not quite so simple as limiting personal stuff tohugh, situations people talk about are recognisable, the way people talk about things can be recognsiable even without personal info being there to back it up.

The chances are that you do not know another MNer, you may meet one or two but the chances that you know someone that could/will/does read the Daily Mail? Well I doubt there is a single person who does not fulfil that criteria.

Lets face it, your situation is pretty recognisable isn't it? How would you like it if a thread where you have discussed your dog/grandmothers dogs and the dc was printed in the Daily Mail? Your employers would recognise you - worse than that people who know your employers could recognise you/them too without your employers even being aware of it - how about this dad is at work "oh, I hear you are planning on breeding your dog" "pardon, where on earth did you hear that" "oh your nanny was talking about how it keeps humping kids in the Daily Mail this morning"......

Bella just said she had had enough, she didn't like it so she was off.

I don't understand the email thing, unless she wanted to be sure no-one could trace her... I don't know, it does not make much sense.

I just tried to email her to say sorry I missed my thread on pets but cannot get through. I know you should not invest in friendships on MN and usually I don't but I did feel that I got on well with Bella.

Never mind
