Advice needed - vomitting dog

I have a 2 year old GR. She started vomitting this morning and has threw up 4 times in the space of about 3 hours.

She soiled in the kitchen last night for the first time ever so i think its related and she has a bit of a tummy upset. Dh thought wise not to give her any breakfast (not sure about this as she loves her food) incase her tummy was upset and thinks to just monitor her. We have changed her food so perhaps this has caused the upset??

I'm not sure how long to leave her before consulting the vet - any advice?

Oh, should mention that she's fine in herself. As bouncy and daft as usual.

4 times in 3 hours is quite frequent to be sick. What sort of sick was it? white and foamy, undigested dinner etc?

The best course of action is to starve (I'd do until tomorrow morning) then offer small meals of boiled chicken and plain white rice (a portion about 1/2 palm size), and offer 3 meals, assuming it stays down.

If she's sick again in the mean time, I'd be tempted to give the vet a ring to get her checked out (even though she's still bouncy) as they can give her an injection of anti-sickness if she's still not feeling well. If she goes flat at any time, or seems sore, you'd need to be seen today definately
