My 9mth pup which we have had for 2 weeks seems not liking sharing toys with my older more submissive dog HELPplz

We have a lovely little 9mth old like to seems great in every way except when my older dog plays with his any toys the younger one barks at him and the older dog lets go and drops it also if the older dogs lying on his bed the younger one barks at him and the older dog gets up off n the younger one lies down this seems so unfair to our older dog how do we stop this plz
