Neighbours cat sitting all over my yard

I am wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to prevent this please.

A male young cat who is new to the area has decided that my yard is the perfect place as a toilet.

He is shitting on the concrete flags right outside my back door.

We have a female cat who has been neutered which I suspect he can smell.

Is there anyway I can stop him shitting all over my yard without making it so my own cat is uncomfortable?

If nothing works I plan to make my yard cat prove to keep my cat in and others out. But will not have the money to do this for a few months.

I also have children that currently cannot play out.

And of course I meant shitting not sitting.

Think I need to start today again..

Water gun (or squeezy bottle) every time you see him. It’s warming up now, it won’t hurt him but he’ll hate it and eventually get the message. I love cats but you can’t have your own being fearful in her own territory.

I have a glass of water sitting by the back door. The trouble is as soon as I start to open the door it's off.

That’s where the squeezy bottle works, you can do it through a window! If your yard is quite big, one of those water blaster things will do it.
