Mini schnauzer, Westie or Yorkshire terrier, advice needed

After much thought & consideration we have decided to get a puppy. We have looked in local rescue centres & havn't found a puppy that would meet or needs (actually saw no puppy whatsoever)
We have 2 dds aged 4 & 5 so we need a puppy so it will grow up socialised with young children. We have narrowed down the search to mini schnauzer, west highland terrier & yorkshire terrier. I work from home so the dog will always have company, we have an average sized garden & live in a 3 bed terrace. I grew up with dogs so know the workload involved. Any advice or alternative breeds would be great, the most important thing for us is that the dog will be compatible with our daughters. TIA
