New bunny rabbit is thumping

I've just got two male bunnies who have been living together. One of them is fine. Eating lots and happy to come out. The other is thumping inside the little house bit in the cage.
I haven't had rabbits for a long time (since i was a kid) but don't remember them doing this. Not sure what he is thumping/banging.

He's feeling unsettled, and alert to any danger.... hopefully he's calmed down since you posted this!

Hows bunny doing now? They thump when they're scared and worried, in can take some time for somebuns to settle.

Are the two males neutered or are they babies? Two baby boys become two teenage boys and things can get violent.
