Think about, please; or in very, very few cases, think of, but surely never, ever think 'to' this, that or the other?

I was just about to start a thread on this very topic. "think to" should be banned. It sounds awful.

What does 'think to' mean.? It makes no sense.
Do people really say 'what do you think to this?'.
