depends whether you're talking about being bothered or a project that is done in phases really

it depends.

If you are a bit wobbly then you may be fazed

But if you had got rid of something gradually, you would have phased it out...

But note that if you are wobbly because of having been attacked by the weapon of a Star Trek crew member, you are phased.

I detest, loathe and actively rage when phased is used instead of fazed.
