That advert for McCain's Oven Chips - the one with the wee robots

You know - they're very sweet little gadgets and they're testing the chips.

The signs (for the stages in the testing) all say 'fluffy-ness', 'crispy-ness' etc - am I wrong to think it should be 'crispiness' and 'fluffiness'? Or are they right?

Just wondering.

I think you're right. They are words like happy which changes to happiness.
