any ideas for extra games we can play?
we will be outdoors, and there are about eight of them.
thought of pass the orange using no hands but after that pg mind has gone blank!
have some prizes but dont want to have to buy anything much extra/unusual to use iyswim.

Hang ring doughnuts from the washing line, they have to eat them without using their hands.

Put them in pairs, with a few newspapers and a roll of cheap masking tape for each pair. Just by tearing and folding the paper and sticking it together, one (the designer) must make an outfit for the other - time limit if required. Then have a fashion show with the "models" strutting their stuff!

Get the playstation and the dance mat out. They'll be knackered by tea time.

Transfer as many cotton balls from one bowl to another using only a spoon. The catch? Blindfolds!

You will need: Bowls, cotton balls, blindfolds, spoons

Rules: This games works best when you play two players at a time. Blindfold the players and give each a spoon. Place two bowls in front of each player, one of which has 20 cotton balls. The other bowl is empty. Say go! Each player must transfer as many cotton balls from one bowl to the other in 30 seconds. The trick is that they are so light you can't really feel them on you spoon and this makes it hard. The winner is the player who transfers the most.

Ring Game

Everyone stands in a circle holding a circle of string. On the string is a ring. All players have to keep their hands on the string. Someone is nominated to start by standing in the circle.

The object is for the players to send the ring along the string to each other without the person in the middle spotting it.

The person in the middle is allowed to guess where the ring is at any time by tapping a hand. If the ring is under the hand, the person in the middle swaps places with the owner of the hand.

The winner is the last person not to go in the middle. (The person who started gets a free go.)

We are lazier and play it sitting down.

And this one is also good

Wink Murder V2

You must explain the game before starting.

All guests sit in a circle and closes their eyes (no peeking!). The host taps one person to be the "murderer". Everyone may open their eyes, but no talking is allowed. The murderer must successfully wink at five (or less depending how many are in the circle) without getting caught.

If you are winked at you must dramatically fall to the center of the circle and wait for the game to end. If you catch someone winking you immediately raise your hand and secretly tell the host. If they're right they win, if they're wrong they "die" and the game continues until the murderer winks at all his victims.
