Games ideas for the under-twos

We're having a Pumpkin Party for the under-two's at Halloween as they are all too little to trick or treat. I'm going to cut out Pumpkin shapes from paper that they can decorate, in lieu of carving Pumpkins but am suck for another activity.

I did think of Pass-the-Pumpkin but don't know what bits I should put in it if the kids are so small.

And pumpkin inspired food ideas? Don't want much do I?
